APRIL | Potato Prints and Thrifted Threads Workshop with the Fruity Studio - Sunday, April 13th, 1-3pm
Sunday, April 13th, 1-3pm at the Little Fire Ceramics studio | 2612 S. Greeley St. Suite 224, Milwaukee, WI 53207
With childlike play and Earth Day as inspiration this workshop encourages all attendees to play with their food by using potatoes as printmaking tools!
Each attendee can bring three clothing items they'd like to update with stamps or choose from the Fruity Studio's collection of thrifted tea towels, bandanas, and more. You'll get a demo on how to carve stamps and then make your own, printing on your wearable items with inks that will stay on through the wash. Attendees are invited to share their stamps with others in our potato stamp buffet to make an assortment of different pieces.
Enjoy provided light refreshments and our favorite potato themed snacks, you'll also welcome to BYO - NA beverages or food items.
