Little Fire Ceramics is a one-woman business dedicated to creating heirloom-quality objects for everyday life. From her studio and showroom located in the Ravenswood neighborhood of Chicago, artist Jessica Egan celebrates contemporary craftsmanship, hand-making each piece of wheelthrown dinnerware, drinkware, serveware, and home decor. Offering custom wedding registries, bespoke restaurant collections, and pieces for sale online or by appointment in the studio, Little Fire creates timeless ceramics shaped by a lifetime of practice.
Name & Logo
Little Fire Ceramics comes from the artist's last name "Egan," which means "little fire" in Gaelic. The logo is a combination of the alchemy symbols for fire and earth, which represent the stages in the ceramic process.
