All subsequent orders have a $250 minimum

Wholesale partners should have a brick and mortar presence - LFC will not partner with stores that only have an online retail presence

In an effort to avoid market saturation, LFC will not take on new wholesale partners in a one mile radius of an existing partnership with same items

Please expect a 4-6 week turn around. If turn around should exceed those times I will let you know as soon as possible.

For emailed orders : all invoices will be sent via Square with 50% due upon ordering. Orders will not be started until a deposit is received.

An invoice for the final balance will be sent when order is complete. Orders will not be shipped until balance is paid.

Purchaser will be responsible for shipping and handling fees.

Please note where this form requests shipping vs. billing address. Address used as shipping will be where your order is sent to. Should your shipping address change before the order is sent, customer is responsible for notifying Little Fire Ceramics. Little Fire Ceramics is cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly input address. Thank you for your understanding.

All LFC glazes are handcrafted in studio so please anticipate slight variation from batch to batch.

Physical test tiles can be ordered if you would like to see any glazes in person before placing your order.

Note that glaze colors are subject to change. This does not happen frequently, but a color will be discontinued if it is found to be unstable or inconsistent

Please place holiday orders are early as possible, ideally by September 1st.

Holiday order is available on first come first served basis and will be capped when capacity is reached.

Should an order be missing contents, include damaged items, or go missing while being shipped purchaser must notify Little Fire Ceramics within seven days of order arrival. Notifications later than one week cannot be refunded.

Please include a list of the damaged/missing items as well as photos if applicable

Provide photos of the packaging, especially if it has visible damage.

Missing items/damaged items will be refunded in the form of replacement items or a credit towards your next order. Item description
